Groundsman that will be assisting with quality checks, inspection and site clean up for Georgia Power lighting projects. Each crew will consist of 2-3 personnel and they will be responsible for verifying correct equipment and additions have been installed on light poles around a specific geographic region. Light poles may have to be set and have some concrete poured if specific light needs to be repaired and performing quality checks prior to leaving site location. Additional work will include digging trenches for power lines, pulling wire and backfilling.
Expect to work 5-6 days a week and for the days to be 10 hour days.
Must have construction experience or any type of construction project and know how to inspect a project for proper installation and completion. This work is supporting Georgia Power so they have to show a certain level of perfection. This person must show a good track record of putting out high quality work
Company will allow the employees to obtain their CDL and will pay for it.
They will also be allowed to eventually move in to Crew leads, etc- there is upward mobility in the company
PPE Provided - Hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest.
Candidates must provide their own steel toed boots.
Must have your own vehicle to take to the jobsite.
