Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.


Typical task breakdown and rhythm: this is largely flexible as this role is new and we don't have a concrete outline of what this role will look like.
Calendaring - 50% - 1 calendar for GM
Special Projects - 50% (tracking budgets, planning morale events) - these will depend on the skill set of the person contracted.
- There will likely be a 30-minute sync daily or every other day to identify the priorities needed.
- There are 5 teams that report to the sponsor so there's quite a bit of meeting coordination
