Our client currently seeking multiple construction and engineering professionals, in support of The Tyndall AFB rebuild program. These positions will support the USACE Mobile District. Work will be performed at the Tyndall AFB Construction Division Area/Resident Engineer Office. The task order for these positions are for 1 year, with 4 optional years.
This position will be supporting the Tyndall AFB rebuild program. They will be integrated as member of the Army Corp of Engineers Team, providing quality control and oversite of various projects. Duties will include review, analysis and recommendations of construction project plans, costs, and schedules. Duties will include addressing change orders and claims, submittals and RFIs, and associated documentation requested by the prime contract holders performing construction work on the program. All documentation will flow through the Resident Management System (RMS).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and current Professional Engineer license within the State of Florida
- 10+ years of experience on large scale DoD construction projects.
- The structural engineer must demonstrate experience working with coastal projects and high wind loads.
- Experience with Resident Management System (RMS) and Microsoft Office
