JOB Opportunity with logistics and customer service

0-6 Months of Customer Service Experience
-The candidate will be working on 1st shift (10am-6:30pm) Monday- Friday as a Customer Service Rep in the Customer Service/ Scheduling dept.
-Handles DQT Cases which comes as an automatized email, receive escalated cases
-Uploads photos of damaged products
-They will be handling a high volume of email base
-50 Email correspondences, answering some calls, and uploading the cases into the portal.
-Handles escalated emails
-Documenting any errors with the items and writing reports.
They need to be detail-oriented and check their work.

Top Skills Details:
-Proficient with Outlook
-Have customer service experience
Soft Skills: Be able to multitask. They may have to take on additional responsibilities if they complete their work or if the center has an uptick in volume.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates must have administrative/ customer service experience. Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Outlook) are a must. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills as he/she will be utilizing Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis. They need to be bale to answer phone calls and assist customers.
