Bay Electric Co., Inc. is seeking Journeyman Electricians and Foreman to join their team installing commercial, healthcare and government facilities electrical systems. Residential experienced electricians could be a good fit if they have experience with generator installations and/or service changes.
They offer very competitive wages, have on-going Davis-Bacon scale projects and offer benefits such as referral bonuses, healthcare insurance, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid on-going and hands-on training, direct deposit, cellphones, company vehicle, and safety training.
Licensed Journeyman Electricians will be paid more and are eligible for incentive bonuses on certain contracts.
Opportunities are also available for non-licensed electricians with more than five years of residential and commercial electrical experience on construction sites.

Opportunities available for +5 Years experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems to meet current 2014 NEC requirement
• Current State Journeyman or masters License
• Good driving record (not more than 2 tickets in a year) and possess own transportation (the right person will get a company vehicle)
• Ability to pass a bg check and access various government bases
• Willing to travel 30% of the time (Bay pays all travel expenses)
• Must have a good attendance
• Must have good work ethic and communication skills
• Must have own tools
• Must be able to work with little supervision
