Description: Candidate will be responsible for operating SMT equipment and performing such duties on electronic components.

Requirements:

Minimum experience of 2-5 years in SMT assembly operations

Experience creating process control documentation

Experience at set-up and operation of SMT assembly equipment

*Solder Paste Screen Printing

*Pick & Place

*Reflow Soldering

*Automated Optical Inspection

*Selective Solder

Familiarity with ESD handling procedures

Ability to troubleshoot equipment and quality problems

Ability to hand solder required

Ability to work with drawings, CAD files, ERP systems, & MS Office applications

English fluency

Environment: Climate controlled, clean area

Top 3 Skill sets:

1. Ability to work with Drawings

2. SMT Operation Experience

3. Soldering (SMT & Through-Hole)

Dress code: Closed toe shoes, comfortable clothing, not baggy

•Ability to utilize assembly tools; manual / automatic wire strippers & crimpers, mechanical hand tools, soldering irons, & de-soldering equipment

•Familiarity with ESD handling procedures

•English fluency

•Ability to move or handle 20 pounds unassisted
