Description:

Responsibilities

• Reconciling and closing Packaging Shop Orders (PSOs)

• Scanning and linking closed PSOs and production jobs

• Auditing scanned files for completeness and accuracy

• Printing, scanning, emailing, and coordinating various O&L documents to make sure they reach the intended recipient

• Additional tasks as required

-Attention to detail

-Admin/clerical/data entry experience

-1-2 years' experience in a similar role

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

•Highschool diploma/GED required

•Reconciliation or office clerk/bookkeeping experience preferred
