Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities:

-Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining client and customer contact
-Customer Service including answering inbound phone calls and responding to emails
-Internet orders come over the weekend so Mondays and Tuesdays, Senior Customer Care Specialists are responsible for order entry


Required Experience:

-Customer Service
-Manufacturing/industrial background
-EDI system experience
