• assist O&M manager & create PMs • will be developing weekly schedules & do outage schedules • create corrective maintenance (CM) orders • Development of detailed work schedules and work plans • Works with Operations Foremen and Managers to develop a resource integrated daily, weekly and monthly work schedules • Ensures that all work is planned and complies with current safety procedures and LOTO protocols • Develops schedules for Major Maintenance and opportunity outages • Develops and tracks maintenance and scheduling KPIs • Develops, maintains and updates work packages, job plans, PMs and maintenance procedures • Ensures development and implementation of assigned area goals, objectives, and initiatives • Supports and emphasizes importance of safety and environmental programs and ensures regulatory compliance • Ensures all Company resources are utilized in a cost-effective manner, estimates resource requirements, monitors expenditures, and reports on performance of assigned area • Recognizes problems and is proactive in helping to resolve them • Assists in the development and rollout of programs around Reliability Centered Maintenance, Asset Management, and Equipment Reliability • Maintains current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned (SAP, PaSTA, Primavera P-6, MS Office, etc.) • Occasionally fill Crew-Supervisor Role as needed.
