Description:
Performs the various tasks necessary to assemble micro-electronic assemblies for production. This job performs the standard assembly, die bonding, wire bonding, and installation steps for the components required in production line assemblies. This includes the documentation necessary to track the traveler (electronic or paper) and the assembler's performance.

Diploma or equivalent Work Experience 3+ Years Soldering, or basic mechanical assembly * Ability to read simple assembly drawings * Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures * Knowledge of basic computer skills * Ability to multi-task concurrently * Ability to work with general instruction on daily activities * Basic reading writing in English as well as basic arithmetic skills
