We have an immediate openings for Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians Seeking a level II and a level III (2+ year's exp. and 5+ years' exp.).
Position Summary: The technical services group is responsible for the assembly, integration, testing, installation, maintenance, training and support of the industrial x-ray systems.
Area of responsibilities are
divided into levels. Levels 1, 2, and 3 primarily focus on factory production. Level 4 supports final production testing and focuses on installation, maintenance and customer support.
Areas of Responsibility will include:
o Assembly of mechanical and electrical subcomponents.
o Integration of subcomponents.
o Machine build.
o Electrical wiring and terminations.
o Quality Inspections.
o Machine startup and trouble shooting.
o PLC program loading, testing and trouble shooting.
o Motion controller programming, testing and trouble shooting.
o Setup, test, diagnose industrial x-ray equipment including high voltage generators, demountable x-ray
tubes, Imaging detectors and software.
o Perform system alignments and qualification testing.
o Assist with equipment installations at the customer’s site. Approximate 80% factory production work / 20% field installations.

Education and Experience:
o A two-year technical degree or equivalent in electronics, automation, mechatronics or related technology.
- 2+ years' experience in an Electro-Mechanical assembly / machine build environment
- Electrical panel wiring and mechanical assembly
- Experience troubleshooting and loading PLC's is beneficial
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (Domestic)
