Job Description

  • Responsible for handling inbound calls from members to gain information about enrollment wand with general questions about their accounts.
  • Handle inbound calls
  • Acts as customer advocate in providing enrollment capabilities and sales assistance for callers wishing to enroll in one of our Medicare products.
  • Ensure compliance with all CMS requirements during sales presentations.
  • Enroll interested individuals



Hours Monday through Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM, Can expect 8 hour shifts either 8-4:30PM, 8:30-5:00PM, 9-5:30PM, 9:30-6:00PM
