Curative Specialist -
The Curative Specialist is responsible for obtaining obtains such documents as payoff statements, releases, subordination agreements and confirms that those documents reasonably clear items such as mortgages. This position primarily involves phone calls with lenders, researching data, and lots of computers work!! This position is a “step-up” from the Title Specialist role.
Type of profile: pay off collectors, debt collecting
Closing Specialist -
The Closing Specialist is responsible for reviewing titles, preparing settlement statements, revising settlement statements, and coordinating settlement statement approval with a lender(s)/broker(s) upon ensuring the file is clear to close. Multi-tasking and ability to process files in a timely manner. This position requires long hours, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Type of profile: “worker bee”, ability to hustle, and strong mathematical skills.
Scheduling Specialist -
In this role, you will be customer service oriented, heavily on the phones, and multitasking. This role will require many late hours.
Type of profile: someone who is upbeat, has excellent communication, and a leader.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred - but will take equal professional experience
