Position: POMS Agent/ Customer Service Representative
Location Tampa FL
Duration: 3 months
(contract with potential to be hired on perm)
Anticipated Start Date: 01/04
Hours/OT: 40 Hours a week – OT
will be available
Need to be available Monday-Friday between 9:00am-6:00pm – some Saturdays
This role is responsible for handling outbound phone calls 100+
utilizing a dialer system handling calls related to the medical field. This
person will be speaking to patients about their eligibility, benefits, and
completing medical intake services. In this role, you will be communicating
with physicians and members to give the best customer experience possible.
High School Diploma or GED (College degree is a plus!)
GREAT communication and organization skills
2+ years customer service experience
