Description:

Daily Duties:

Ensures compliance with governmental guidelines as outlined by internal Quality Control/Compliance and outside investors.

Processes and submits Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development and IFA loans to underwriting department, investors and other agencies as required

Maintains and provides assistance to bankers and borrowers with questions through daily interaction via telephone calls and emails

Stays up to date on changes in programs/product guidelines through education provided by outside vendors
