Day to Day: . Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts • Provide excellent customer service and ensure all customer demands are exceeded • Forecast supply/demand by running reports and presenting this to my customers via phone and video calls • Coordinate exports/imports between suppliers in Asia, South America, and my accounts in North America • Stay proactive and prevent any delays or fines for customer's imports by ensuring international shipping requirements are cleared prior to customs entry

Key responsibilities: -Understand the supply chain account’s business requirements and the end-to-end program which Maersk has committed, then execute according to defined IOPs, SOPs and KPIs -Proactively identify program exceptions, then troubleshoot and solve according to broad guidelines provided by the Program Manager and/or Customer Service Manager, where applicable. -Communicate professionally with our accounts, their vendors and suppliers -Maintain IOPs, SOPs and KPIs in accordance with business changes -Build long term relationships with our accounts’ operational teams -Prepare and present KPIs and other program initiatives to internal Maersk stakeholders -Support the Program Manager/Customer Service Manager (where applicable) by providing ideas for process improvements -Provide program guidance, training and coaching to Maersk colleagues, including the GSC teams and our overseas offices -Obtain system expert or super user knowledge in one or more of the key systems used in to support your customer’s scope of work -Comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local safety and transportation laws and regulations.
