This position is responsible for handling a high volume of Inbound and outbound calls servicing loans for the market place lending industry.
They will be verifying customer details, collecting on outstanding balances and providing customer service by answering questions or resolving issues as the representative of approximately 35 different lenders.
This is NOT "hard collections" (they have a loss mitigation team in Baja, Mexico that handles that) loan advisers will handle outstanding balances of 30, 60, 90 days past due
Outbound calls are based off portfolio of clients (will be trained on about 70 clients all together)

Training Schedule: 3 weeks; 8am-5pm
Must pass education (HS Diploma min), employment verification and credit.
Credit is determined by ratio of positive accounts vs. negative accounts and must be 50% positive.
They will also have a 7 panel lab drug test.
