These roles will be working primarily with their existing customer base. These reps will help with resetting passwords, retrieving log-in information, updating addresses, taking mortgage payments over the phone as well as troubleshooting other basic technical issues involved with the registration process.

It is estimated candidates will take between 40-70 calls/day.

Candidates will also be asked to make outbound calls to verify client information.

The candidates will officially be in "training" from 7am - 10am during the 2-4 week training program learning the various language, terms, and common questions used by their customer service team. They will be taking basic calls updating customer information, resetting passwords, along with other basic tasks that for the remainder of the day during training.

HOURS (post training):
8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (The would also take people on the 10am-7pm shift.)
