Our growing client is looking for a HR Manager to help lead all HR activities. Additionally, they will be working with their 3rd party vendor to help in the Payroll processing and benefits. A bigger chunk of the job is employee relations and recruiting. They post the job and will vet those candidates but there will be a lot of actual recruiting as well- hunting, not just the applications. They will be looking at career fairs for the future growth as well to help. There is more limited resources (No ATS or database, mainly LI and networks) regarding how to go out and search for candidate during the actual recruiting.
This person will be able to help in the implementation or editing of systems and processes. A person coming in with good knowledge/experience will be influencing. The departing HR Manager had to set up a lot of things so this person will continue to do that as well as finalizing different aspects; for example, employee files and making sure in compliance (switching from exempt to non-exempt).
