Aerotek is currently partnered with one of the nation's leading travel companies with an urgent need for Customer Service Representatives. Customer service representatives in this company's call center department serve as the primary point of contact for the company's Roadside Assistance department.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound calls to handle road service needs for members.
  • Getting necessary information from members to properly dispatch assistance.
  • Handling 40-50 calls daily.
  • Working with a data entry system and interfacing Google Maps for geographic location.
  • Responsible for handling inquiries for Salem, Cumberland, Camden, and Gloucester counties.


Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience
  • Great interpersonal communication
  • Team player attitude


Schedule:
  • Must be available to work between 3pm and 11pm


Pay Rate:
  • $12/hr starting rate
  • Eligible for employee benefits
  • Eligible for bonus incentives
