Job Title: Contingent Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in support of an increase in hiring for Field Ops and Customer Experience roles. This temporary position is expected to last 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring for both entry-level and professional roles.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, interview, and hire candidates for entry-level and professional roles.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners to develop staffing plans and workforce forecasting.
- Participate in career fairs and community events to enhance hiring efforts.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring goals for internal and external candidates.
- Stay current with recruiting trends, compliance, and policies (EEO & OFCCP).
- Initiate and execute creative sourcing techniques through internet platforms and community organizations.
- Support diversity recruiting efforts and workforce development programs through collaboration.
- Manage all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure adherence to all legal compliance requirements in recruiting and hiring processes.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting within a corporate or staffing service environment.
- Experience with both hands-on roles and corporate positions.
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (preferably SuccessFactors).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CIR or PHR Certification is a plus.
- High degree of integrity, sensitivity, and professionalism in handling associate relations and confidential information.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- High tolerance for workload demands, pressures, and deadlines.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility and eagerness to adapt to change.
Work Environment
The work environment is a shared, open-office space with hybrid work hours (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). Wednesdays are required office days for team collaboration. Core business hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. The dress code is business casual, with jeans permitted. Parking is available in a gated garage downtown, with costs covered by the employer.
