Job Title: Geospatial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret satellite imagery to extract feature data such as roads, rivers, and buildings.
• Collect topographic features and ensure the accuracy and quality of the data.
• Complete tasks within estimated hours while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members to meet project goals.

Essential Skills

• Experience with imagery analysis and feature data extraction.
• Proficiency in digital mapping techniques.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with TDS, MGCP, MUVD, and Conflation processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting the Janus Geography contract.
• Proven resource on the Janus program.
• Knowledge of Esri GIS software.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, with funding secured through 2026. Team members will use their personal computers to access the necessary software and tools. The role requires sitting in front of a computer for extended periods while analyzing imagery. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
