Description:

Will be responsible for keeping the machining lines moving, continuous improvement projects, lean manufacturing, and troubleshooting/modifying CNC Machines and PLCs. They will perform time studies, labor studies, defect reduction studies, process control changes and cost saving projects to make sure their line is running as efficiently as possible. This individual will need experience with both automated CNC Machines, PLCs, and Manual Machines and Tooling.This is a very hands on position. They are looking for someone that is eager and willing to take ownership over the process.

Must Have

Education- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is Required.

minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.

minimum of 3 years of experience working in a machining environment - Drills, Taps, Inserts, Reamers, Jigs, Fixtures, Servo Motors, Tools, Chips, Coolant Pressure, Troubleshooting CNCs.

Nice to Have

This individual will work hand-in-hand with maintenance so having worked closely with maintenance in previous positions is highly desired.
