Description:

You will provide overall office administrative support, focused on office administration and clerical tasks with some project and accounting support. You will handle differing situations, problems, and deviations in the work according to the supervisor’s general instructions, priorities, policies, and project goals.


Job Duties:

• Help to set up new computers and maintain computer inventory

• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and vehicles

• Inventory and purchase of office and breakroom supplies

• Make travel and meeting arrangements

• Ingoing/outgoing mail/package tasks

• Incoming calls/Visitors

• Manage the facility

• Assist accounting with client invoices/statements

• Credit card reconciliation

• Review and data entry of vehicle/equipment logs


Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant office experience required.

- Experience working with professional firms is preferred

• Associates Degree preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with a driving record in good standing required.
