Collaborate w/ ER Team, resolve issues, mitigate risks, employment law knowledge. Coaching and advising leaders on employee conduct, absenteeism, misconduct and policy. Investigate, determine accountability Document investigations, interview notes, investigation summaries, results and memos Prepare corrective action Facilitate training Development and implementation of ER programs ER case management (ServiceNow) Confidentiality information and privacy handling
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3 years experience conducting investigations, advise on ER concerns high volume requests. AZ/CA employment law knowledge. Multitasking, urgency, presentation skills Preferred- Experience conducting investigations, advise leaders in production or manufacturing ADA knowledge Prior Remote location
