(USA) Analyst II, Billing

Sam's Club Member Access Platform (MAP) is the nexus of the Supplier -Marketer - Merchant partnership and are responsible for delivering our suppliers (advertisers) impactful omnichannel member experiences that are married with measurable insights. As a Billing Analyst II, Billing Operations, you will be a critical member to ensure we bill to and collect from advertisers timely to a support healthy cash flow. You'll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth. We are looking for demonstrated performance in a constantly changing environment;

Billing & Invoicing:

• Daily review of open invoices/accounts for needed collection efforts
• Make outbound collection efforts (calls, email, etc.) in a professional manner while maintaining customer relationships
• Support payment application functions
• Aid with necessary invoice revisions and sub-ledger adjustments
• Review/Manage billing data for accuracy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to Identify and report billing discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience including interaction with large companies
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant billing experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Works well under pressure
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Salesforce experience a plus
