About the Team
The Project Manager I, US Operations E2E Fulfillment will work across multiple stakeholder areas to align on timelines, roadmaps, primary deliverables, follow up on action items, and pivot time and resources based on shifting needs. In this role, you'll build and refine presentations, meeting notes, plans, timelines, and tools to minimize disruption and maximize the results of the team.
This position will report to the Senior Director II, Walmart End to End Fulfillment Integration, and will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas (and are not considering full time remote candidates at this time.)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.

What you'll do....
- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders through education, collaboration, securing management approval, creating communication plans, and minimizing impact of changes
- Manage multiple small-scale projects or multiple work streams following project methodology, finding solutions to project issues, and ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule to achieve project goals
- Manage initiatives and projects by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions through partnerships with key stakeholders
- Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

- Have a PMP certification
- Are skilled in Confluence, Jira, and/or Sharepoint
