Position Summary...
We are seeking a Manager, Program Compliance whose focus will be managing compliance tasks derived from legal requirements related to various business use cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in data privacy, compliance, and project management, and will work closely with legal, technical, and business teams to ensure that data management practices meet all applicable regulatory standards. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to design, implement, and document privacy controls across multiple business scenarios.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

What you'll do...
- Develop and manage compliance tasks to ensure data management practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements for various business use cases.
- Plan and execute updates to consent language and reconsent processes as needed.
- Design and implement privacy program controls tailored to specific regulatory obligations.
- Develop and maintain standards and controls to identify privacy focus areas for each use case.
- Ensure technical data stewards implement required controls and security measures to achieve full compliance.
- Document all compliance activities and regularly update privacy practices to reflect evolving requirements.
- Experience in privacy, compliance, or regulatory governance.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of privacy program frameworks, consent management, and best practices in compliance testing and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing compliance tasks or projects derived from legal or regulatory requirements.
