Contract to Hire- The Company Wants To Bring YOU On Permanent!

Pay: $20-$22 an hour (based on experience)

Schedule: In Office Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in Phoenix, AZ (E Van Buren St. & N 44th St.)

Starting: ASAP!

Interview: 1-2 step process - Panel Interview with AR and collections managers **Interviewing ASAP!**

Top Skills Details:

Required:

-Business to Business Collections experience required [portfolios are larger and detailed] needs to be experienced collections but client relation focused

-AR experience

-Experience with collecting on large accounts (in the thousands not hundreds for account collection)

-Candidates will be performing full cycle service not solely high volume collections calls (must be comfortable with complex problem solving)

-Good job tenure REQUIRED

Job Description:

• This individual will provide support and coordination to the billing function of our Accounts Receivable team

• Managed large book of accounts by collecting on past due balances, providing invoices upon customer request and resolving invoice disputes.

• Assist customer with tracking all returns and credits

• The primary focus of this position is to handle/collect on customers past due accounts

• Collection of accounts that carry high delinquencies

• Carries a portfolio of accounts between 4,000 customers

• Using Get Paid, follows a pre-defined strategy, emailing or calling customers as necessary

• Replies to customers with a sense of urgency and high customer service level

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Salesforce or SAP experience is huge plus

• Experience with collecting on large accounts

• Must be comfortable being on phones and doing B2B collections

• Must be eager/excited to learn

• Must be able to multitask
