Order performance bonds/bid bonds
• Prepare Budgets for all jobs.
• Track and make changes to all customers billing – daily.
• Prepare cancellation notices as soon as a letter is received.
• Prepare information for the monthly gain/loss report.
• Prepare monthly billing for customers.
• Prepare Work Orders for all customer rebills daily.
• Code vendor invoices – daily.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish/English
- 2-3 years experience handing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
