Asset Recovery Specialist (HIRING ASAP)

Description:

• This individual would work in a small team that covers our Repossessions, Bankruptcy & 3rd Party activity

• The primary focus of this position is to handle/collect on customers past due accounts. This individual will provide support and coordination to the billing

function of our Accounts Receivable team

• Collection of accounts that carry a balance of less than $10,000

• Carries a portfolio of accounts between 1,000 and 4,000 customers

• Using Get Paid, follows a pre-defined strategy, emailing or calling customers as necessary

• Replies to customers with a sense of urgency and high customer service level
