Hiring for a National Property & Casualty Insurer in Mesa, AZ!


Remote - Virtual training. Must be willing to commute to Mesa, AZ

when they return to office.

Consistent Schedule - Monday - Friday between 5:00am - 7:00pm

Career Advancement - This client aims to promote internally

Summary: The main function of a Customer Care Representative

is to provide a quality and timely experience for clients with each interaction,

and support internal staff where appropriate. Receive inbound calls from current

mortgage customers receiving letters in the mail regarding their insurance policy expiring

in the future. In this role you'll receive 80-100 calls per day while utilizing 2 monitors

Skills: Basic knowledge in insurance industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Solid work quality, accuracy and proficiency


High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
