Aston Carter is seeking individuals for a great opportunity within a large heath insurance company in Tempe, Arizona. The call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years customer service-related experience required
Bilingual preferred
**MUST be fully vaccinated**
Successful Candidates:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Training & Onboarding:
Extensive training is provided by some of the best trainers in the company. Training is 45 days long ON-SITE and have the option to go hybrid / remote after training. Training is interactive, fun and inclusive.
