Looking for Professional Call center/Customer service Reps in Arizona Market ONLY!!

  • 100% Remote, must have a quiet workspace at home!!!
  • $17.00/hour
  • No job hoppers! must have 1 year of consistent call center experience
  • Must live within 2 hour radius of Tempe/Phx market!!!!
  • M-F schedule, 6am-8pm open availability

Starts: March 14th!!

  • No client Interview!

How To Explain the position: This is a third party benefits company. This is a QUALITY-focused call center role that consists of only inbound calls. Reps will take 30-50 calls in one shift. Reps will answer questions regarding complex pension plans and health & welfare plans. This is not a healthcare benefits position; it is a benefits position for tenured employees towards the end of their careers.

- 1 year customer service experience (any industry - if in the medical/benefits, that would be ideal - but not required)
