Hiring WFH Customer Service Reps - $18.75/hour - Must Live In AZ!

WORLDS LARGEST INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!
--Handle a high volume of inbound calls and responding
as the first line of defense to the customer/policyholder.
--These calls will be from people who have just
experienced an insurance claim (car accident, fender bender, hit and run, etc.)
--This will be the first time speaking with them and
need to be very empathetic as the customers could be angry or emotional.
--Gathering information to start the claim and then
submit to the next associate to handle.
PAY: $18.75/hour with pay increase to $19.25/hour
after 6 months
TRAINING: 9-11 Weeks from 7:30A-4P Monday to Friday
HIRE: Permanent employee from Day 1
- NO CONTRACT!
HOME: Client is currently working
from home and must live in Arizona
Medical/Dental/Vision starting first of each month, 401K & Pension, 20 days
PTO and 7 Paid Holidays 40 hours of life leave each calendar year (33 days total)
OTHER: Equipment provided but must live in Arizona
Carter makes hiring decision based upon experience, test scores and
questionnaire - No Client Interview!
