ABOUT COMPANY: Founded in 2013 - is an Online food ordering and food delivery platform. It’s the largest food delivery company in

the US and holds 56% market share.

PAY: $18/hour plus potential increase once permanent as well as many other departments to promote/transfer within.


WORK FROM HOME: Will be working from home through all of 2021 and all equipment provided. Need High-Speed Internet. Must live in Phoenix Valley!

REQUIREMENTS: Need 2 years of customer service experience. Open to Restaurant/Retail


DISQUALIFIERS: Prior experience within Warehouse, Caregiving or Lyft/Uber driving. NEED Customer Service experience and must have good tenure


--The Customer Service agents will be taking incoming calls via phone, email, or chat every day.

--The Agent will be aligned with 1 of the 3 groups in the Marketplace. The 3 groups include the Consumers, the Merchants and the Dashers.


HOURS: 3-4weeks of standard business hours for training. After training need to be 100% flexible for days, nights and weekends.

  • You will be assigned a set schedule with shifts bits twice per year
