Remote Entry Level CSR - Must Live In Arizona

HIRING Remote Entry Level Call Center Representatives!

***25 Openings to start in July & 50 Openings to start in August!***

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide premium service and build relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
• Calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.

REQUIRMENTS:

• 1 year of customer service experience (retail, fast food, face to face, over the phone)
• Type 40 WPM & High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
• Quiet, distraction free work environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Remote but MUST LIVE IN Arizona, Texas or New Mexico
• Contract position through January

SCHEDULE:

• Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat from 8am-7pm MST
• No set schedules - schedules change every 2 weeks
• Will work 5 days a week/40 hours
