Work Environment:

*Must Live in Tucson, AZ! - hybrid schedule(2-3 days in office, 2-3 days work from home!)

Pay: $17 an hour

Contract to Hire- Company Wants to Bring YOU on Permanent

Schedule: Monday- Friday Hybrid Schedule 2-3 days in office,

rest of the days remote (You MUST be living in Tucson, AZ)

Company will send equipment, need internet speed test and

solid internet connection.

Assessments required for: Typing, Customer Service Scenarios,

and Internet Speed Test

Bilingual Highly Preferred

Interviewing: 2/21 - 2/24 Via Zoom with 2 of the hiring managers

Starting: 3/07/2022!!

 

Top Skills Details:

Must have 2+ years’ experience in call center environment

Must be proficient at navigating computer software, internet and

applications

Must pass typing assessment 35 WPM and above

Must pass Customer Service Scenarios Assessment

Must take internet speed test for home internet

Call center customer service

Bilingual preferred

Technical support experience preferred

 

Job Description:

Customer Service Rep responsible for handling a high

volume of inbound calls.

 

- Receives and responds to customer inquiries by phone and email

- Assists with ACH setups and cancellations

- Processing payments, adjustments and credits

- Process mail correspondence

- Assisting customers with logging onto the payment portal

- Calculating loan payments

-Assessments required prior to interviewing

-Bilingual in Spanish

 

Performance Expectations:

There will be 30 days of training where you will need to be up

to speed at taking an average of 40+ calls a day and progress to 90 days at an

average of 80+ calls a day.

There will be a bonus plan in place for you to increase your pay

per month which will be weighed on the number of calls they can average a

day/month.

 

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BEST:

3+ years of high volume inbound call customer service in a call

center.

- Personality and attitude is important. Looking for a person

like you that is eager, hungry, and willing to go above and beyond.

- Attendance is IMPORTANT! You must be on time and at work

everyday.

- Must have great communication skills and enjoy helping people

- Customer service and/or call center experience taking inbound

calls from customers 80+ calls per day

- Experience in banking, loans or mortgage a plus

- Answers customer questions and provide appropriate solutions

- Good computer skills

- Ability to learn quickly and multitask

- Punctuality and good attendance are a must

- Able to adjust work schedule for coverage and work overtime

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred not required

- MUST have good tenure and work history

 

DISQUALIFIERS:

- Jumpy tenure

- No call center experience

- All sales experience

- No knowledge of STAR Method
