One of TEKsystems' top customers is looking for a People Manager. The ideal person will come from a technical background and has worked in an agile environment. Remote candidates will be considered.
Someone with technical experience is highly desirable. They are looking for someone hungry to learn, passionate about helping others, and able to think through and help improve organizational and team processes to facilitate efficient work while remaining focused on the top priorities. This person will be managing a team specifically focused on technical initiatives, so a strong technical background would be critical.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Passion and technical background a plus. Someone that came from a development background that has moved into people management is big plus. Ideally someone that moved from a developer role into a role managing a team of developers.
