Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project scope, schedule, and budget
- Oversee engineering design, land coordination, construction activities, and project administration
- Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with design criteria, construction standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support vendor selection
- Review and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and Change Orders
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, including slide decks for leadership
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, construction, and executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management and construction management
- Strong experience in electrical projects, including high-voltage Transmission & Distribution (T&D)
- Hands-on experience with RFIs, Change Orders, and contractor coordination
- Solid project engineering and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
- Strong presentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Utility or energy infrastructure project experience
- Experience managing multi-discipline engineering and construction teams
- Experience supporting complex or long-term capital projects

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
