Job Description
You’ll be the first point-of-contact for our customers. You’ll answer their requests through phone, chat and/or email — this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. And don’t worry, you won’t be asked to read from a script or learn dialogue by heart — we’ll provide you with the training you need to problem solve for our customers.

Job Type
- This is a contract position with a duration 4+ months – supporting peak and holiday into January.
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tempe, Arizona and some days remote.
Work Environment
The position involves both remote and in-office work, with 2 mandatory in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 3 days working from home. A third in-office day may be required. The work hours are from 7am or 8am to 4pm or 5pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires cross-training in multiple streams, with interactions including weekly team calls, individual team meetings, and at least three calls with peers.
