Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for a Dispatcher Call Center Representative (Shipper Support). On a day-to-day basis, this role will be acting as a Remote Gate Agent supporting thousands of delivery drivers all across the country and using a two-way Audio/Video communication to verify & identify any necessary specifications on trucks and processes This role will be coordinating, communicating, and providing updates on a daily basis to all parties involves in the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
We are looking for candidates that are extremely detail-oriented, can work in a fast-paced high metrics based environment, and with high sense of urgency and quick learners. This team is able to take on all gate operations and allow those associates onsite to focus on the daily operations that need to be completed. On a daily basis, you will be speaking to roughly 200 drivers a day, so an excellent and clear communication skills are a must.
[Position Details]
Title – Dispatcher Call Center Representative (Shipper Support)
Pay – $21/hr. (Final Pay Rate)
Schedule – Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (8 AM - 5 PM PST)
Location – Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)
Contract Duration - 6 Month Contract To Start
[Must Have Qualifications]
- 1-2+ years of high volume call center customer support experience.
- Must not be job hoppy (1+ years of experience per company)
- Must be very comfortable working in a fast-paced, high metric-based environment
- High detail-orientation with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable speaking with high volume of delivery drivers with different personalities (will take around 24 calls per hour back to back)
- Must be able/open to working on Holidays as needed

- Job hoppy (i.e., changing jobs every 6 months)
- Not comfortable working in a fast-paced high metric environment
- Not comfortable with high-volume call center environment
- Not comfortable working 100% onsite in Tempe, AZ corporate office

Compensation is tied to the Colorado and Washington markets for jobs performed in Colorado and Washington. Other locations may be subject to variances based on location-related factors.
