Job Title: Accounting Automation Analyst (local candidates only)

Job Description

• Gathers and documents business requirements related to payroll and business activities

• Analyzes and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources to create documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts, and test results

• Assists with developing and performing the testing related to the payroll system and downstream systems

• Represents the department in meetings and through written and verbal communication with internal and external customers

• Assists in identifying and documenting internal controls in support of auditing team

Hard Skills

• 3-5+ years of payroll/finance/accounting experience
• 1+ year of Depth Business Systems Analysis, functional design, documentation, process modeling
• Business requirements documentation
• Process flow creation
• Test plan development
• Test script writing
• Test result analysis
• Multiple years working in SAP

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tempe, Arizona and some days remote.
