Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Description

• Account reconciliation within those portfolio accounts • Dispute resolutions and figure out plans to allow payments. • Tracking customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights • Reviewing accounts for releasing lien rights • Assisting with payment application as needed • Making outbound and answering inbound calls to/from customers • Performing other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Hard Skills

• Experience handling any kinds of collections
• Managing calls and not afraid to make outbound calls

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tempe, Arizona.

Work Environment

Only team of Collections and Credit sit in the building. No outside departments. Hybrid work model AFTER CONVERTED TO PERM.
