Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist will be the sole HR support for a growing manufacturing site. With a well-rounded experience and a can-do attitude, this role will lead onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Create and execute retention initiatives to maintain a stable workforce.
- Handle HR administration tasks, including data entry and payroll processing.
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to ensure a positive work environment.
Essential Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll.
- Strong ability to manage onboarding processes and employee engagement programs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- General well-rounded experience in Human Resources.
- Ambitious attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing environment. The current office is located in Tempe, with plans to relocate to Mesa.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
