The Procurement Analyst will have an end-to-end understanding of the Indirect Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners. This role focuses on SAP, Ariba, vendor management, and procurement operations, ensuring efficient requisition-to-purchase order conversion, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage Indirect Procurement activities, including requisition creation and conversion to Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP and Ariba Obtain quotes, ensure compliant purchasing, and maintain Vendor Master data Collaborate with Category Managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for sourcing and vendor relationship management Provide training on procurement systems and policies Support CAPEX procurement and regulated materials purchasing (chemicals, reagents, hazardous materials) Resolve Accounts Payable (AP) and receiving discrepancies Generate analytical reports using Excel, Tableau, and other tools to identify process improvements Assist with supplier onboarding and master data maintenance Participate in procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Keywords: SAP, Ariba, Vendor Master, Purchase Orders, Indirect Procurement, Source-to-Pay, S2P Data Analysis, Excel, Tableau, AI-powered procurement tools Vendor Management, Supplier Onboarding, Compliance, CAPEX Procurement Pharmaceutical Procurement, Biotech Procurement, Regulated Materials, Hazardous Materials Cross-functional Collaboration, Customer Service, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.00/hr.
