Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is crucial in supporting the daily operations of a storefront warehouse environment. This role involves assisting with customer orders, providing administrative support, and maintaining inventory. The position requires working with an internal database and handling customer inquiries via phone.
Responsibilities
- Support customer orders using the internal database system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with basic inquiries.
- Perform light stocking and organization of products as needed.
- Maintain accurate order and inventory information.
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse/storefront team.
- Customer service experience, preferably in retail or in-person settings.
- Data entry and order processing skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Strong phone etiquette.
- Basic math aptitude for order accuracy and inventory support.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a storefront environment.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- Computer savvy and comfortable with internal systems and databases.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliability and the ability to work a consistent schedule.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred.
This is a long-term opportunity that offers the potential for a $.50 increase after a performance evaluation upon conversion. Employees are eligible for yearly reviews with the possibility of up to a $1 increase.
Work Environment
The work environment is an outdoor retail store. The position requires working the first shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

This is a Contract position based out of Encinitas, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
