Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to develop and implement effective purchasing strategies. This role involves managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in managing supplier relations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, supervise staff, and allocate tasks.
• Manage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines.
• Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Manage the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensure all procured items meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Work to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Train new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
