đź’Ľ Position: Cable Assembler
⏰ Shifts Available
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $23.00/hr
- Swing Shift: 3:35 PM – 12:05 AM | $24.50/hr
(Shift availability determined by business needs)
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cable Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building and preparing server racks and components used in advanced computing environments. Your day will include a mix of precision assembly work and hands-on technical tasks such as:
- Unpacking chassis and components for server assembly
- Using small hand tools to install brackets, labels, switches, and hardware
- Integrating computer components into chassis on a progressive assembly line
- Installing small screws and parts into chassis and racks
- Installing rails and cabling server racks according to specifications
- Identifying, labeling, and organizing cables
- Packaging completed server racks for shipment
- Following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and quality procedures
- Assisting with recycling and material handling as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required Skills
- Experience with mechanical or assembly work
- Comfortable using small hand tools
- Familiarity with cable harnessing or production processes
Preferred Traits
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Able to stand for extended periods and work on ladders
- Good manual dexterity
- Team-oriented with clear verbal and written communication skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr.
