Systems Engineer

Job Description

Join our team as a Systems Engineer and play a pivotal role in the design and development of electric machines from concept to production. You will derive overall system requirements from customer information and break down complex requirements into subsystems. Leading system design decisions, you will engage in trade studies, performance analysis, risk analysis, and verification methods. Your responsibilities will also include writing detailed specifications, conducting customer reviews, and supporting business development. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, providing insights and data to various internal teams and helping to guide the future of our product offerings. Hard Skills

• Experience with DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, Confluence or equivalent Systems Engineering tools
• Technical leadership experience
• Experience in architecting, designing, writing, and maintaining C/C++ code (preferred)
• Experience with thermal design considerations and electronics packaging
• Holding patents and publications
• Industry experience in Aerospace

Soft Skills

• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to advocate and implement research and development programs
• Capability to assist cross-functional teams
